For most clients, you may have turn over both your future tax return and possibly your tax refunds to the Trustee's office. Please remember that failure to do so may result in the Trustee revoking your discharge. A revocation of discharge means that you do not receive a discharge as to the creditors listed in your bankruptcy case, and they can proceed with their pre-bankruptcy collection activity.
